Standard shipping anywhere in Australia is $10 per order and all orders over $150 are shipped free. You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way. Please notify us if you require a signature on delivery.

Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed (or next business day). Please specify if you would like a signature on delivery. Generally, most orders will arrive within 2-7 working days of placing your order - please understand that some delivery times may be affected during COVID-19. Western Australian and remote deliveries may take longer.  Your patience is appreciated if delivery problems occur.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost or missing parcels once they leave our warehouse.

Please contact us within 14 days if you would like to return any unopened (must be in the original packaging) and not used or damaged products. Unfortunately, we can not cover the shipping costs for these returns, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

When placing your order- please check you have entered the correct postage address. If you have made a mistake- contact us immediately so that we can do our best to assist. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect your parcel.
